Rules & Regulations For the Safety of All, we ask: All dogs must be on a leash and remain on the leash for the entire event. Flexi-leashes are strongly discouraged, if you use a flexi-leash it must be locked on the shortest length. All dogs must have current vaccinations. If your dog is known to be insecure around other dogs, please take all necessary precautions to keep your dog and all other dogs safe. Please pick up after your dog - we don't want to have to remind you, but we will!! Remember that not all Greyhounds are small dog safe. If you choose to bring your small dog, please exercise caution.
Fine Print By attending the Greyhound Support Reunion picnic, you agree to the following: I understand that, without limitation, I am releasing claims arising from the maintenance, control or inspection of the event area, control of the participants, spectators and dogs involved with the event and conduct of the event itself, and all other conditions associated or involved with this event, before, during or after the event. I also understand that I am specifically releasing the following general types of claims, without limitation; claims for personal injury to myself, my children, or spouse, injury to my dog and damage to any personal property. In return for my right to participate in the Greyhound Support Reunion picnic, or the right of my spouse or my children to participate in the Greyhound Support Reunion picnic, I hereby, for myself, for my children as their legal guardian, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages arising from this event which I, my children, my heirs, executors and administrators, may have against Greyhound Support in Kansas City, Sylvia Pettit, the Gilley Girls and all other sponsors of this event and any of their employees or agents, and any individuals associated with the event. I declare that both my dog(s) and I are in proper physical condition to participate in this event, that my dog(s) has all current vaccinations as required by law and that my participation is undertaken at my own risk. I also consent to the use of my photograph or likeness from this event for any legitimate purpose.
